Alok is the Founder / Owner of Astix which commenced business operations in 1999 as a 2 member firm and has now grown to a 40 + member team providing Best in Class solutions in the Sales Force Automation & HR systems domains.
Alok has had a rich experience having been associated with companies such as Wrigley’s, Ferrero, Gillette, Godrej Hersheys & Procter & Gamble, Glaxo Smithkline, Chevron etc. in different areas within Field Force Automation & Business Intelligence as well as organizations such as Hewitt, Ernst & Young, Genpact etc. in HR systems.

Biraj Kumar Sahu
Biraj has over 15 years of experience in managing Business Applications with reputed FMCG companies like Procter & Gamble and Gillette. His key competencies are IT Business Partner, Project Management, Business Transformation through digitization, Application Management and Service Delivery. Regarded as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Biraj helped deliver numerous global & local solutions in the area of Distributor Management Systems, Sales Force Automation, Analytical Reporting and Knowledge Management.
Biraj has perfect blend of techno-business skills required in traditional sales & distribution model adopted in FMCG, F&B and Retail industry. He had been part of Sales multi-functional leadership team in P&G and provided strategic direction on digitization to support business plans.
Biraj hold Masters degree in Information Technology and joined Astix in Aug 2015.
Avinash has over 12 years of rich experience and success in the areas of Software Development, Technical & Solution Architecture and Project Management. Avinash has a Masters Degree in Computer Applications and joined Astix in 2005 and has worked in various roles at Astix from Software Developer & Technical Lead to his current role as Project Manager.
Avinash’s main expertise lies in web and mobile technologies. Avinash has worked on various solutions on Sales Force Automations which are both web and mobile based from a web based Secondary Sales application for Wrigelys to SMS based secondary reporting systems for Godrej & Ferrero to hand held based solutions for both Traditional & Modern Trade for clients such as Agrotech, Ferrero & Procter & Gamble. Avinash was also Project Manager for the RTDC (Real Time Distributor Connect) implementations for the ASEAN & China markets.
Tajinder Singh Bhatia
Tajinder joined Astix, as a Director–Sales & Marketing and holds a MBA degree from SMU. He has vast experience of 25 years in diverse industries such as, FMCG, Telecom and Life Insurance etc. As a turnaround expert with established organizations, Tajinder, also has a strong track record in startup assignments, rapidly scaling up the company’s operations across the country & building up a committed sales and service network. He has proven capability of delivering results with complete focus on cost management and deep operational expertise.
Tajinder has handled leadership and pivotal roles with organizations like Asian Paints, Hindustan Unilever, Wockhardt, Max New York Life, Tata Teleservices and few successful Start ups. He is a highly accomplished Profit Centre Head and led Pan India & Nepal Operations and successfully launched more than 30 National level Mega Brands. His core expertise lies in launching new brands and also turnaround existing brands and create market share for them. As a Sales Head, he has led large sales organizations comprised of more than 200 employees and managed P&L for business divisions exceeding 500 Crores revenue. He has expertise in all, Retail, Direct & Distribution.
